Function SetDirFlag(Name:String;Number:Word;Flag:Boolean):Word;

    This  updates  the  linked  list  and  the  database.   It  sets  the
    attribute   of   directory   item   with   name   Name   and   number
    Number.   Flag  is  either  True  of  False  and  indicates the state
    of the data item.  If set  to  True,  the  data  item in the database
    becomes a directory (database in  a  database)  while if set to False
    the item is considered to be standard data.
